This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) read with the Terms and Conditions available at Our website www.twiddles.in and Our mobile application (Please insert the App name) (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) applies to all services offered to persons using or visiting the Platform. and who, in connection with the Platform, access or avail or host, publish, share, transact, view, displays, download or upload any information, inclusive of any other person jointly participating in the described use (“User(s)”, “You” or “Your”).

This Privacy Policy sets forth the policy in relation to the collection and usage of all types of Information Collected (defined here in after) in this Privacy Policy including but not limited to Personal Information (defined hereinafter) including any sensitive personal information and User Data (defined hereinafter) that You may provide to Us while using Our Platform and Our related services (collectively “Services”).  

This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011(“SPI Rules”) under the Information Technology Act, 2000 that require publishing of the Privacy Policy for collection, use, storage, transfer/ disclose of Personal Information including sensitive personal information. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature. 

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen) ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your Children have provided Us with personal data, please contact Us in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy. If We become aware that We have collected personal data from Children without verification of parental consent, We may take steps to remove that information from Our servers. 

We collect, use, share, disclose and protect Your personal data provided while using the Services available on the Platform. The data and Information Collected (defined hereinafter) is used only to enhance the operation of the Platform, allowing You to use all the listed features and allowing Us to respond to Your requests/queries in an efficient manner. The Personal Information is used strictly in line with Our business purposes and to provide You with useful features.

User acknowledges that this Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and such other policies as may be framed by Us from time to time (as available at Our Platform linked above), form Our collective agreement (“Agreement”) with the User in relation to his or her use of the Platform. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning attributed to it in Our Terms and Conditions. In the event this Privacy Policy conflicts with the Agreement or any other agreement between You and the Company, the terms of the Terms and Conditions Policy will prevail.

2.Collection of Personally Identifiable Information and other Information

When you use Our website, We collect and store your Personal Information which is provided by you from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customised experience. This allows Us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customise Our website to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so We collect Personal Information from you that We consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

Your Personal Information, such as your name, address and contact number, will be shared with Our shipping partners and/or logistics partners and/or courier companies, to ensure that the ordered product reaches You. We do not take responsibility for any use of the provided information, on account of the shipping partner.

Personal Information such as Your  , phone number, username, password, e-mail address when You register on the Platform, the URL of both the websites You came from and the one You go to next when You visit or leave Our Services and/or Platform is available to Us through Your use of Our Services and/or Platform. This type of information is primarily used to maintain security, operation of Our Platform along with its use for Our internal analytics and reporting purposes. 

Information provided by You on Your e-mail/social media accounts, which will be linked with the account created by You on Our Platform, information disclosed therein including but not limited to username as provided by You at the time of sign-up and any other information that may be required or be related to rendering the Services in an efficient and timely manner. 

Information about Your hardware devices may be automatically collected with Your permission when You access or register on the Platform. For example, when You utilize Our Platform, We may collect Your IP address and the type of mobile device/computer/laptop You use and your geographic location. We may also collect information about Your activity on the Platform, such as information about Your account usage, as well as information about how You interact with the Platform (collectively, “User Data”). We may combine this User Data with other information, including Personal Information We have collected about You. 

All communications between You and the Company, and related information such as contact details,. If the User communicates with Us, for example, via e-mail, registers with Us, any information provided in such communication may be collected by Us. 

Personal Information collected from You by the Company may constitute ‘Personal Information’ as pertains to “Sensitive Personal Data or Information”, as respectively defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011SPI Rules (“SPI Rules”). As defined under SPI Rules, “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” of a person means “Personal Information” about that person relating to:

  •  financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details; 

  • physical, physiological and mental health condition; 

  •  sexual orientation;

 It is clarified that the Company will be free to use, collect and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without Your consent. 

In order to provide Services through the Platform, We may require the User to provide Us with certain information that personally identifies himself. This Personal Information includes the following categories of information: contact data (such as email address, phone number and call recording); and demographic data (such as time zone, postal address and location details); and financial data (such as account details, e-wallet details, bank account or credit or debit card details or other payment instrument details etc.) that User may have provided Us while using the Services provided by the Platform.

For instance, when You get registered on Our Platform, you can share with Us additional information, such as details of Your personality, lifestyle, interests and other details about You by choosing to provide this information, You consent to Our processing of that information.   

It also includes the information that You provide Us by completing surveys on Our Services or as carried out by Our approved third parties.;

All such Information Collected is stored or used for processing Services and under no circumstance are any of these details made available in the public domain, subject to any disclosure(s) made in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, We may use this Information Collected to share with You additional and/ or upcoming information regarding the Services offered by Us on the Platform.

Our Website links to other websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. www.twiddles.in is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked websites.

7.Security Precautions

Our Website has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, We offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in Our possession We adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.

8. Choice/Opt-Out

We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from Us on behalf of Our partners, and from Us in general, after setting up an account.

The grievance officer shall acknowledge any grievance or complaint received from You within 24 (twenty-four hours) and communicate with You regarding the resolution of the same within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of such grievance or complaint from You. You are expected to provide the grievance officer with all necessary information and/or documents to enable the grievance officer to resolve the issue.
